Available for interviews, podcast appearances, speaking engagements & expert commentary

Meg Leahy has spent more than two decades translating complex psychology into tools people can actually use. A Wall Street Journal "Woman of Note" and winner of Philadelphia Magazine's Best of Philly award for College Advising, she has built both her private practice, Leahy Learning, and an innovative career at the intersection of education, psychology, coaching, and mentoring.

Her expertise is grounded in clinical depth. Six years as a Clinical Associate at the University of Pennsylvania's Adult ADHD Treatment and Research Program shaped the work she does today. Recognized as an ADHD expert and featured in ADDitude Magazine, her writing and webinars reach audiences well beyond her private practice. She has been invited as a thought leader to speak at conferences and to groups and schools across the country, including the American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders (APSARD). Her three-part ADHD webinar series for ADDitude was named one of the publication's Top 10 Webinars of 2021.

Meg developed The Leahy Method™, which structures her work as she focuses on problem-solving and success strategies for every stage of life, from childhood through professional career development. For over twenty years, she has worked closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals to create teams to fully support her clients.

Her published works include Developing a Self-Advocacy Imagination in University Students (Routledge) and two editions of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder Throughout the Lifespan , 2nd and 3rd editions (Western Schools). She holds an MS in Counseling & Human Relations from Villanova University and a BA in English from Saint Joseph's University.

Before founding Leahy Learning, Meg was a Clinic Director at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, a tile-maker and mosaicist, and a writer and editor at Flat Iron Publishing in Manhattan. She is currently at work on a new nonfiction series aimed at bringing mental wellness tools to everyday readers.
